SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Neighborhood

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services to the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering companies including new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency explained it is alarmed about the substantial range of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a substantial variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is certainly due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no totally functional office committed to service the area regularly. The services stage designed for intervention activities a significant inflow of probable beneficiaries, that makes it hard to the office to attend to all people who pay a visit to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise a read more lot more sources to allow the servicing of all clients and increase usage of Social Assistance expert services,” the agency said.
